Does anyone have any better suggestions before I go ahead and replace my 661 Raji with another pair of the same?

I'd recommend going bareback for summer rides. It feels free and easy

I've tried no gloves and struggled with grip due to sweat and then sore hands for the next few days.

Looks like I've got a few options to consider then, cheers guys

These. I've been riding with them on and off road. Excellent.

Troy Lee Air (had XCs and they're good but the Airs are a better fit).

True-ish to size, I'd say. I find them to be roughly the same, but more 'fitted', than 661s and Foxes (long time since I've had a pair of them though). Slightly looser fit than Giros.
