I'm going through a phase of wanting to ride without a bag and needed to attach a pump to my bike.
I didn't want it visible and I didn't want c02 so here's what I came up with. I had to make a few bit on the lathe but it works a treat. I had to buy a oneup edc topcap a fork cork and a lezyne pump.

Great idea, out of interest why no to the CO2? I'm not taking the pump these days as the tubeless and CO2 is more than enough for me now.

I’ve just never had great success with c02. Perhaps I’ve not had enough practice. Plus sometimes I just want to put a few more psi in.

Is there "pump extended inside the steerer" to "wheel at maximum fork compression" interference?

otsdr - the pump is held in place compressed between the topcap and the fork cork bung in the bottom.
It can't extend whilst the bung is in place.

That's a neat solution for a pump! When do you start taking orders? 😉

Got a mate with one of those multi tools that sit inside the crank. It's rusted really quick

That's a fairly poor result for €87!!

A friend of mine has one and the bits do rust. He replaced them with ti coated ones. It is as bit poor. They sell them at tweeks for £71.50
Still expensive but very enduro.

Easy now

A few spare ball bearings down the seat tube of a friends bike is alway good for a laugh..

I'm not interested in the whole 'no bag' thing, but even for riders with bags, getting the pump out of the way like this is a good option. Anyone remember the guy that got crippled by a shockpump in his bag after falling off a couple of years ago? Obvs you aren't going to get a shock pump stashed like this but a regular pump could have similar injury potential.
