After all the dreadful news over the last few weeks there is reason to look to a future filled with pastry goodness as Greggs is reopening some of its stores - https://www.thesun.co.uk/money/11483397/greggs-opening-small-number-branches/
I assume Binners will be out on the streets cheering the news and clapping the essential workers that are the Greggs staff?
I shall look forward to a couple of steak bakes swiftly followed by a caramel custard doughnut!
Hmmm, how come I'm not allowed to go see my girlfriend in the next town*, but Greggs can get their workers travelling around? I mean, I like Greggs food and all, but it's not really essential, especially when we're all meant to #stayathome. Greggs is more of a "food on the go" kind of place unlike a supermarket.
*5 weeks, ugh - Feel like Spud out of Trainspotting.
