Usually I'd say too far, but as I've just read the other thread, I'll go the extra (10) mile. See you Monday.

Thanks to some very sensible jury members at Manchester crown court today, my workload is about to get a whole lot lighter. Hopefully I'll be in!

I will be painfully slow though. I've barely turned a wheel in 4 months.

I'm hoping I can make this. Trying to sort out work life balance so I have time and energy for fun again.

If everyone else is dragging their behinds off the sofa, I suppose should as well.

New headset in the hardtail and weather looks okay. No excuses now.

Looks like a lovely evening for it folks. Cheering up will most definitely be on the agenda.

We can do the reservoir route or something a bit more playful if its dried out a bit up there. I'll pop up and have a look, then if its not a quagmire, put it to the vote

My heart is saying yes but my legs are quite emphatically saying no so I'm not going to coming to play. Have a good one all!

thoroughly enjoyed that. Chasing binners down on the flats just to have him breeze passed on the slightest of inclines made for a bit of an extra incentive to put some effort in. Knackered now.

If I hadn't been on the ACME Rocket Bike I reckon I'd just be arriving back at the pub about now.

Hopefully We'll have decent enough weather to shake off our 'winter' fitness levels. I've basically spent the last few months indoors, drinking beer and eating pies
