I've got my eye on one of these and wondered if anyone on here has one? It looks pretty good on paper and was Bike of the Year on Bike Radar in 2023 so I think it must be fairly good.

Just after a do-it-all full sus that isn't too much bike to cruise around Pembrokeshire but will also not be out of it's depth visiting N Wales/Lake District etc as well as the occasional BPW trip.

Thanks

Not that bike but I've got a Merida Ninety-Six carbon xc bike and on the strength of that I'd happily trust other models from the brand. Apart from the rubbish Fulcrum wheelset.

Partner has a 2017 version - 700, I think - been a very good bike. Was at Comrie Croft last Saturday and one of the group hire one (500, I think) and it seemed a very nice bike. He wasn't having any issues riding stuff either (he sometimes hesitates on his hardtail).
