I never really 'got' him before I started listening to his podcasts.
It's become essential listening for me. I really enjoy his disarming style of interviewing.
Seems genuinely interested in all his subjects. Makes my day listening to his stuff now.
That is all.
I love that show called BUG he used to do. The parts where he would read out the YouTube comments below a video are some of the funniest things I have ever seen.
Stephen!
@Merak I'm guessing his chat with Bob Mortimer is what spurred you to post this. A real treat of a podcast.

Mainly slack squadron!
Not head the Bob Mortimer one, it was the Aisling Bea one that got me. He gave her space to talk about her Dad.
I remember he used to be on 6music way back too, wish I had listened.
He's very good at adapting his approach to suit his guest. There were two recent ones with Diane Morgan and Michael Lewis that were released on consecutive weeks that couldn't have been more different but both were excellent.
Adam and Joe have had a weird career
His podcast with Johnny Marr is perfect.
Wow, not sure how I've managed to miss these. Just listened to Bob Mortimer and Jonny Greenwood back to back. Superb.
Thanks for the signposting.
