I want to replace the cheapo, work-supplied wired headset that I've been working with to date, with a decent-ish wireless one.
I've seen the recent earbuds thread, but don't think I want buds. Noise cancelling would be nice but budget is ~£100.
What are you good folk using, please?
Have you tried buds? I find them so much more comfortable than over the head/ear headset/headphones.
Whichever Jabra or Plantronics / Poly model fits your budget.
Be careful with buds - my brother is now deaf due to using buds too much.
If you are on calls/teams a lot, then probably best not to use buds.
The noise cancelling might work great for the user, but I every other person on the call will get fed up with the lack of directional microphone and background filtering.
Headsets with a little microphone on a boom are the best.

So much this. I hate people using ear buds at work. Prefer they just use a desktop Jabra speak set. The answer is a Jabra Evolve but it will not meet your budget. Can you not get work to buy it for you?

AKG do some affordable NC headphones which work pretty well for calls.
I've been using Shockz bone conductor Openrun headphones for a while as wireless headset at work, the fact they don't sit in or cover my ears means I can wear them a lot longer than 'traditional' sets, and you can still hear non-headset sounds quite well too.
Don't expect top quality music playback, or deep bass etc, but for phones calls, teams etc I've got no complaints.
😳 not a new problem though, people have been using headphones to make themselves deaf for decades!! At least the Apple ones now measure the volume/exposure and don't allow you to exceed certain limits.Be careful with buds – my brother is now deaf due to using buds too much.
Having given us Jabra Evolve 20 corded heasdsets, work later handed us all Jabra Evolve 65 headsets. As above, it's great for teams, although I'm ok with it for music too to be fair
Yep, another vote for Jabra Evolve. You'll need to go used to get under £100 - that's what I did and I'm very happy with them.

Works OK. Range is poor - drops out if I move to the next room.
Poly Voyager 4230, just a few pounds over budget at Amazon right now.
I found the Jabra Evolve 65 put too much pressure on my ears. This poly isn't as tight plus you can bend the headband.

I use the Shokz Opencomm and they are awesome for calls!
