So I went to see this yesterday, not a date movie.
Also worst title ever.
On my radar, worth a watch or not?
Very much so.
Main protagonists are very well/chillingly observed. The juxtaposition of an ostensibly idyllic family life and the horror of the genocide of a race of people just a stones throw away has left its mark on me.
SO saw it last week. Considered it very good. But they are interested in psychopathology.
The book is good, if disturbing.
Not seen it, yet, but this is an interesting read.

Visited Dachau last summer which was strange. Maybe because it was the first it seemed to focus a more on how it was done rather than its impact.
I took the train and walked through the town, along the same route the prisoners were matched as I discovered. The contrast between the town outside and the extreme harshness of the camp was striking, and of course they knew.
