Is it a thing? Does it have a name?
That instant when you bring up a quick menu and in the time it takes to press the icon for the app you want it moves and you end up pressing the wrong icon.

Not happened on my phone but SharePoint online is awful for it. Really bad design imo.

It happpens on webpages a lot - the ones that load the content then load all the images later. PITA it is.
