Antibiotic use is much higher in the US than UK and really struggling with their point of being removed from the morals, it's been that way for over a 100 years at least.
Antibiotics are still used across the world, to varying degrees. It's a fairly minor part of the overall point being made, though. I don't quite understand what you mean by something having been that way for 100 years. Would you clarify?

In the context of the evolutionary process that the film-makers describe, it's a recent thing. It's explaining something for people who may not understand the human relationship with eating meat. If you already know, then that's fine. It's an essay, a consideration of a subject designed to create more questions on a modern subject. It's incredible that you've taken such offence.
