Cadburys dairy milk - I have a feeling the champagne last night was off, either that or mixing it with beer and cider was a mistake 😳

Potato waffle, bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans and mushrooms. One of the simple pleasures of not being at work is having time for a decent feed to start the day.

It's only wrong if you didn't have at least 3 pints* with it

*A beer of some sort obviously, tea or coffee doesn't count

I was out SUPSurfing at 0730 this morning, light mushy waves and a little drizzle so I slugged back an espresso and went out, just back and tucked into this...

2 rounds of sourdough toast, topped with exceedingly strong cheddar and tomatoes, grilled to perfection and smothered in Lea and Perrins Worcester Sauce.

Scrumptious.

Wetherspoons big breakfast and a couple of cans of IPA, and paracetamol. Certainly improved my presentation after a good night last night. In my festive 3 week's off the bike, I have gone from 10 stone 2, to 10' 8 😆 oddly most people think I look better for it. But fly to Spain tomorrow for a 5 days of biking fun, so today I'm living like a proper fat knacker!

2 doorsteps of eggy bread with maple syrup, bacon and salted caramel ice cream, all washed down with oodles of fizzy wine about half an hour ago. Prior to that I hadn't risked anything above tea, painkillers and mouth sick. Got pro level heartburn now.

Bacon sandwich, on white, no sauce, and coffee - served seperately to the sandwich). Today is clearing the house of bad stuff like beer and chocolate - the health starts tomorrow.

I have a feeling the champagne last night was off, either that or mixing it with beer and cider was a mistake

On my stag do, barman insisted champagne and vodka was a cocktail. THAT was a mistake.

Smoked salmon poached eggs muffin hollandaise = eggs [s]Benedict[/s] Royale

FTFY. Benedict would be with ham.

I had a similarly upmarket breakfast, a sausage and egg mcmuffin meal. Made upmarket with an extra hashbrown.

Ours was fashioned from a post-Christmas leftovers sweep of the fridge but was still a bit posh.

Smoked trout, scrambled eggs and chargrilled artichokes on a toasted M&S boule.

All actually worked really nicely together. Will make again.
