We had Jehovah's Witnesses at the door at the weekend. The OH answered the door, which was disappointing as I was itching to ask them if they'd had a lot of interest from the largely Asian community in which I live.
They handed her a leaflet, basically saying that the human race is responsible for all the world's problems (pollution, global warming etc) but it's ok because god's going to come along and turn the Earth into a paradise (but seemingly only for those who "qualify"; quite what is going to happen to the Muslims and the godless round here, it wasn't too clear about).
shouldn't it be 'the wage' of sin not 'the wages'?
