I'm tempted to call a doctor.

The young lad next door was over at my place helping me out with a simple problem with my TV. He was getting very excited about it, and fussing about with inputs and outputs and HDMI this and VHS that.

As a result he completely forgot about an important delivery he was expecting

I know he's had some tumbles off his bike and doesn't always wear a helmet but I'm concerned he's mentally ill.

Shall I call NHS direct?

Yes.

When you do, ask them if they have seen my car keys.

Poor taste DrJ.

You know you don't have to be offended at everything.

😆
I believe '999' is the answer. Now what was the question?

And how's that train set of yours coming along?

Train is ok now.

Something else happened today and it's all DrJ's fault - telling me I'm over worrying and thus told the Gentleman to go out for some fresh air...

Aww crap...

Maybe he was overcome with being in your presence

(Maybe he was distracted because he was installing a camera in your tv to monitor you)

Maybe he's just lonely, get him to make you a cup of tea next time he wants to play with your train set.

I still at the door like a lonely retriever when I'm waiting for something from CRC to arrive... apparently that's unusual.

@Cinnamon - you've been here long enough to know this isn't Mumsnet! 🙂
