Jerry Gore ( https://www.lifesystems.co.uk/athletes/jerry-gore) came back to my old Student Climbing club for a talk where he was retelling being off on a saliing mountaineering trip with Chros Bonnington and passing an ice berg, he whipped up it then came back down to the boat, as they sailed away it just flipped over - someone the remarked that "yeah they just do that"
