Oh.. almost forgot one of my fave potato things. Bake the small ones, microwave is fine, then let them go stone cold. Then sprinkle salt over a plate and dab the potatoes in it and eat. It’s amazing.

Yep. Mashed then returned to skins and topped with cheese for an innings under the grill until bubbly, crisp and golden before aspirating them en masse.
