Has anyone done the Yorkshire 3 peaks and camped?
Any recommendations for camping in the area - I see there are a few sites in Horton but they don't seem to be dog friendly.

So recommendations for dog friendly camping in/on/around the 2 peaks route.

Don't know about dogs on this one, but they are a fairly laid back bunch.

says dog friendly

You can start from both of these, which is a plus, although the austwick one adds a few miles.

I've used the Knights Stainforth camping site which does allow dogs, it's a pleasant site right by the river.

It's a short (uphill) walk to Stainforth itself which has a pub, the Craven Heifer, it did close down but I think has re-opened so check before booking if that's importtant!
