You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
I know we had one last week but.....
Not only didn't they post the small parcel through the letterbox. But they couldn't be bothered posting the "we couldn't deliver....." card either. Maybe he's got an irrational fear of letterboxes.
I feel an exciting phonecall coming on tomorrow.
they are just awful. there's no other way of looking at it really
if he didn't post parcel or card, how do you know delivery was even attempted?
Isn't it Yodel that subcontract local independent delivery drivers? So they've got this fantastic infrastructure and then for the last five miles they give it to some mouth-breather with a Ford Transit to forge your signature and creatively abandon your parcel somewhere in the same postcode.
Thinking about it, they're a lot like BT broadband.
rd because the card was left on the window sill of the common stair, could have sat there for a while if i hadn't had my hands full and had to put something down to get my keys out.
Yodel are great for me.
I got my parcel, finally. They delivered it today.... to my neighbour, because apparently I wasn't in even though I was in the garden at the time they went past. My neighbour said that the driver said I wasn't in because there wasn't a car (there was!!). Total ****tards
I have got to the point where if I find out that a company use yodel, I will not even consider buying from them.
Unbelievable that amazon keep using them for bigger parcels.
Just managed to have the parcel redelivery address and name changed.
So any random could have done this. Just written to teh sender to say if they contunue to use YODEL they will unfortunately lose my business.
Yodel are truly awful. The scary thing is that its exactly what a privitised Royal Mail would be like.
My unfounded-speculation-o-meter just exploded.

you're right- no matter how good the infrasctructure, it always goes wrong on the local loop
