As there often seems to be some confusion as to what a baby robin looks like around these parts, and lots of concern for their general well being, I thought I'd show you a picture of a baby robin in our garden yesterday.

A cat killed our tame garden robin this weekend. The five babies in the nesting box all died too. I won't post pictures - too distressing!

the OG one (that i posted, asking what it was!), was an actual genuine baby robin! about a million replies confirmed that, which added it to STW folklore...
My OH has baby blackbirds in her bush!
