We need a new game for Xmas! Ticket to Ride (Junior Edition) has been great because it works well with a 7 year old and grown ups. Can anyone point me at something else?
Try one of these

Dobble isn't a board game, but is a great family game for all ages.
Exploding kittens and Taco, Cat, Goat, Cheese, Pizza have been a hit with a my family (8 - 80 yrs).
Dobble is easy and good fun, and is our travel 'go to' to keep us and 4yr old entertained. Worth a buy for anyone with kids.
Exploding Kittens as above (with the Imploding Kittens and Streaking Kittens expansion packs if you are loaded)
Unstable Unicorns
Dungeons and Dragons Dungeon Mayhem Card Game: Monster Madness
Upgrade to the adult version of Ticket to ride.
Settlers of Catan, though need expansion pack for more than 4 players.
Another non-boardgame but fun all the same for all ages: Grabalo
Guaranteed carnage and blood-drawing unless there's a pre-match nail check.
The great dalmuti.
Fine with a 7 year old who can do basic maths.
I've been playing it off and on since 1996. At least 5 other people have bought sets after playing with me.
Upgrade to the adult version of Ticket to ride.
Pretty much the obvious choice really.
How many players?
Concept, or Concept Kids.
Play that with my two sometimes.
To save me repeating myself,

There's a link to an older, but much longer, thread there also.
Dungeon mayhem is great fafun, especially with the expansion packs
