Anybody know how to make the turtle beach headset work on xbox one?

Have you done a software upgrade on the controller? Its in the settings menu somewhere. I'd not done one since day one and needed it for my Turtle Beach headset.

It worked with his 360 but we had to buy an adaptor to make it work with 360 if that makes sense.
