so, just got myself a an xbox one.. I got it with GTA5, which will keep me busy for a while, but was thinking of getting one or two more for a bit of variety. Not in to sports games much, but like fps, driving games and sandbox games...any recommendations?

Assassin's Creed Syndicate and Tomb Raider are taking up most of my gaming time at the minute. They're both ace.

Halo Masterchief Collection and Halo 5 - FPS about as good as it gets for me.
Call of Duty for FPS. Ghosts is pretty good as is the Advanced Warfare one on Xbox One. There's the odd stupid movie sequence where you get to press a button at the right point to advance the sequence but not enough to be irritating.
Minecraft for sandbox - warning - it sucks time away.
Forza Horizon for driving games - a bit less simulation than the Motorsport Series.
Destiny I found quite fun but didn't get addicted.
Elder Scrolls Online is awesome, I find it better on PC though.
Elite: Dangerous is OK, a bit flaky on Xbox One next to the PC version.
Bought an Xbox one last year but not really been on it much, saw the advert last night for The Division and it looks like I might have to give it a go.
Can't wait to get whooped online by 10 year old yanks (again).

The Division seemed OK on the beta just a bit worried about its longetivity.
