Anyone ever had it, what a pain it is! constant stabbing and aching pain in the neck, due to the neck muscles going into spasm. the only good thing about it is codeine and Diazepam I'm taking!

When I was a kid I had a thing where it felt like someone had inserted a steel rod with pointy ends into the side of my neck. Lay down for a day and it went away.
