Can anyone recommend a fairly sturdy wrist support? I have one wrist which is weaker than the other after breaking it many years ago! I currently use a boots neoprene support but figured it might be good to get something a bit more sturdy for bigger and longer rides...

Thanks

Wrap around ones can help but the problem is you are bangng your wrist up and down while the supports help you side to side.

Strengthen the wrist off the bike.

Definately +1 for porn.

Seriously though i have the same problem and i use a 661 pro wrist guard from chainreaction and it is great.

It gives support and protects you in a crash from bending the wrist back. Worth a try imo

I also broke my wrist 16 months ago, used the 661 support.
It supported my wrist very well, but stopped using after a while in case I became dependant on it. Don't seem to have a problem on the MTB or road bike now.

Had a few over the years and most have fallen apart with the exception of one made by 'Bioskin' which I bought in 2006 after I broke my wrist and is still like brand new after being used 100's of times since. Thinner and cooler than neoprene so they fit under your normal gloves.
