Managed to knacker my wrist falling off or doing work around the house not sure....anyway told it is probably torn ligament. It hurts when bent back and after more than an hour on the bike and inevitable tumbles. Anybody got any recommendations as to what wrist suport i can use to properly support it day to day and when riding that isnt going to do my head in?

I have a 661 one from CRC which I've used a few times when I've damaged a wrist riding. Feels a bit odd off the bike but works pretty well on it

I used the same 661 one, seemed to do the trick when I was on the bike, used a bog standard compression bandage he rest of the time.

Google 'Bioskin' wrist guard. Have tried a few over the years and the bioskin one is best by far.
