Looks like the kind of place they'd shoot Hellraiser.

Bit serious looking for my tastes, it want more in the way of flouncy turrets and moats.

Big, but a bit dark for my taste. I do like converted churches and chapels, that one looks more like an old school than a church. I guess it's the dark stone that puts me off, I prefer our local creamy Cotswold stone, more mellow.

I've seen Poltergeist, I'd rather take my chances with a Native American burial ground than a church.

Yes. It is the sort of stupid money pit that me and the missus would love!

Why have they left the crucifixion statue in? Even if it's to their tastes (and I'm not sure taste was involved in that conversion), wouldn't you take it down for the sale?

Nice place, but a) it'll cost the same again year on year just to heat it, and b) it's in Wales.

So no. Move it to Madrid and definitely!

I know that area reasonably well. You would be the king of the valleys living in that.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-24513534.html

We'd open a bike/bunk barn in one of the out buildings and make a mint selling cake to fat bastards on 7" full sussers 😉

Don't get the appeal of church conversions other than floor space and yet to see one done well.

No. Looks like a prison, too close to the road.

£7m for a sporting estate and £5m for a house in the Lake District ! Sorry would rather have 2 or 3 places for £2m each, uk countryside (Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire), chalet/apartment in alps, some where warm like South of France or Spain

Harry - that place in The Lakes is about the same price of a 2-bed Maisonette in West London...

It actually looks no other prison I've ever been in but anyway, It's too near civilisation for me.
