Potentially a bit dodgy, has had an account for over a year but not used it to buy or sell anything?
If you don't mind the hassle of dealing with pay pal and stuff if it goes wrong then you have nothing to lose?

The name looks a bit Spanish too... No feedback and foreign name too, even if it does mean happy house, not with yours matey... Couldn't possibly be putting a few things together to sell from their personal collection due to the crisis, could he? After all my Ebay history fits a certain profile, what with camera gear, watches and razors... 🙄
