I found a car on Ebay today which I was quite interested in so rang them up to see if it was in stock.
I googled the companies address as I was going to view a vehicle at the site. I chanced upon the 2 reviews written there and thought, hmm only 2 reviews 1 one star, one 2 star, people only say they bad things on the internet lets give them a chance. I drove down parked up and had a wander round the yard looking at all the other vehicles they had in stock. I couldn't find the vehicle I was after on the yard, but it pulled up outside. The technician got out and said to the salesman who was approaching him "you can't sell that car," Ouch! now I would have continued and introduced myself if the salesman had actually bothered to stop and speak to the technician and find out what the issue was we could get it sorted our or room for negotiation etc etc. I'm quite handy with vehicles and can sort most stuff out.
Unfortunately the salesman didn't even bother to find out what the issue was and got into another vehicle and drove straight off. I got into my car and drove off too.
I thought Hmm shit google reviews, mainly about their aftercare attitude and now that. No thank you!
Soooooo post-sale issues.
Would you fancy their customer service response?
I agree its always the post sale aftercare that matters, I've bought enough cars over the years to understand that they can have problems (people tend to sell their cars when they're fed up of the issues with them)
You should post who the seller is. As a public service for people who want to avoid scumbag conmen selling cars on eBay, like.
I thought about it, I have added my review to the other google ones for anyone else to see.
