Savoury biscuitty outers with a meat paste filling.

Binners. Your input would, as always, be welcome.

I would call them "cowstard creams" if I could guarantee there was no horse/cat/rat in them.

I have had something similar but with a savoury cheese filling. I think it was in France. They were awful.

You're reinventing the sausage roll.

So we're talking about a meat based version of...

Well I could happily sit in front of the telly and finish a full packet of those. So I think there's definitely a market for it. I could probably sustain a medium sized production line on my own.

In fact I often sandwich a hefty dollop of brussels pate between 2 crackers. Its a winner for me Harry. Can I place my first order?

NO!

The thought of a savoury biscuit just brings to mind the apocryphal stories of the disgestive and a group of rugger b****rs

You could use high quality beef for the filling

I would call them "cowstard creams"

You could also do "Rich Tea-Bone" and "Hammy Dodger" flavour.

I'm feeling a bit ill now. But as a recent convert back to meat after 20years away anything heavily bastardised is wrong to me - meat needs to look like flesh.

Horse ones could be called Seabiscuit 😉

I'd quite like Pig Rolls.

I fact I think I'd generally be animal crackers.

Nothing here for fish-lovers. I quite fancy a bream cracker.
