It looks like the broadcast rights have been sold to Flosports for which there is a monthly subscription.
Wonder what happened to Red Bull on this event.
I wonder if it would feel like going back to the pre Red Bull Eurosport (was it) days.
Is there another way?
Signing up to a trial might be the way I guess but there’s always the risk of the sub being hard to cancel.
Any thoughts?
Are we signing up en made only to cancel after the champs?
Seemed to me this would be the right place to ask and amazingly a search yielded nowt.

Looks like Red Bull TV are covering it... georestrictions apply but this page lists UK. Otherwise, VPN for the win!

Yes, looks like Red Bull TV, however, last year BBC website/ red button also had coverage, with the world feed commentators.

It looks like the only races live are XCC, XCO & Downhill. I think I read that was down to costs; while the cameras are there, they need operators, and producers, and unless the host broadcasters pay, we don't get to see any live action of the other races. They only recent exception I think was Lenzerheide in 2018, when the other races were shown on the UCI YouTube channel.

Thanks for the tips I’m very grateful
I was so pissed to see it only on pay tv when I googled “how to watch”.

Redbull search drives me mad I must say. An age thing?
I just run out of patience.
Went to Red Bull homepage from the link above.
Searched “mountainbike world championships”
No results
On my Roku Red Bull app it’s the same.

It was hard enough to find the World Cup rounds. Last week (seeking the WC replays)searching Maribor came up with Warner’s summary of the 2020 rounds. Bug preview icons with no dates on them!
The replay was only there under “live”.
Not Bike
WTF, who makes these shitty apps.
TBF I really like the RB coverage now they have it working right (and I don’t drink Red Bull, sorry, I think it’s the devils work, so it’s a one way street)

So guys please help me out. How the hell did you find the World Champs? There must be a course preview up somewhere.
I’d love to watch it on the TV via The Roku stick

BBC red button. Thx for that tip. I’ll take a look at home. Wonder if their commentary is any good. I do like Claudio and Warner is growing on me.

What is it with incomplete tech! Who designs these damned interfaces!

Mr Grumpy of Hove.

I find the Redbull app a bit shit on the TV etc. To find the World Cup or World Championships I always go to events and all the UCI races should come up there.

As for course preview that won't come out until after practise starts generally as numerous different riders do one.

If you want more coverage check different YouTube channels, Wyn Masters/GT, The Syndicate, Pinkbike and Ben Cathro, Bernard Kerr, Adam Brayton... there is loads on the lead up to actual raceday.

Take a look at the XC too, including the short track

Hi all
Thanks for the tips
It’s still not in the Red Bull events listing yet. What a crap app on Roku.
I’m getting “not available geo restricted” on the ref bull iPhone app. Shame.
Yeah I love Wyn TV especially since I met the man himself razzing in Leith Woods (North Downs)with Alan Muldoon and we had a good chin wag about geometry (my Geometron excited comment).
Cathro too - on Pinkbike.
Syndicate. Yup.
(I’m pleased Peaty has his clean shaven look once again. Far more handsome)
Bernard might be a bit “yoof” for me.
I’ll have a look at a Brayton too
Seems it’s YouTube for me
Unless the BBC do have it.
Thanks again.
