Want something in the background to work to or something to concentrate on? Any Desert Island Discs is worth a listen, entire archive i think online now. Some of the people you've never heard of are often the most interesting.

If you want something you need to concentrate a bit on, then have a look at In Our Time and pick a subject that looks interesting. Always fascinating stuff.

I enjoyed the 2 part afternoon drama on Monday and Tuesday this week.

Not heavy but an interesting enough listen.

There were some interviews with the last of "The Few" on the other day, which is worth listening to.

Was a fascinating listen. I intend to read up on it more as it sounds useful in life generally.

All of the radio4 dramas are worth a go. Sometimes brilliant, sometimes dreadful. Luck of the draw.

Not iPlayer, but I recently found the Mark Steel lectures on YouTube - thought they'd all vanished into the ether! It's been a joy watching them again, but are just as good to listen to whilst working

Noel Gallagher was his usual entertaining self on Desert Island Discs on Sunday. Well worth a listen. I you didn't hear Wiggo's, thats good too.

The guy from Pulic Service Broadcasting did a blinding playlist show on Sunday

Listened to Noel and Wiggo already Binbins.

Some good ideas though, ta. I wonder if that Beryl Burton play still available...

I agree any of From Our Own Correspondent. Brilliant.

Also...Yorkshire Farming. Better than it sounds! This week, highlights from the Great Yorkshire Show! I am biased...my brother presents it!

The Sarah Cox sounds of the 80s had a decent look back at live aid w/ Midge Ure and had the classic Queen performance of we will rock you / we are the champions which has got to be up there with the GOAT.
Loving the ability to finally download the whole shows with music.
