hooray we bought a house yesterday - and with advice from stw well underneath the valuation 8)
moving from a 3 bed flat on a busy road next to a chipper, pubs kicking out etc to a 4 bed detached house in a v quiet estate.
woop - both me and wife are still suffering after "some" celebratory drinks at a party last night.
