[Closed] Wood burning stoves banned?

A strike at the heart of STW!

Sadiq Khan is proposing banning woodburning stoves in areas of London with poor air quality as they are bad for particulates.

The bit I don't understand is how they are so prevalent in the South East (16% of home as opposed to 7% nationally), since there is f all mountain biking down there? Obviously a direct correlation between mountain biking, being middle aged, having a woodburner, working in IT and driving a diesel VAG car
