It comes up often enough on my insta feed and the last lot of (hopefully) random adverts has led me to download the app.

Are the offers for real?

Isn't it just another AliExpress type site? If it seems too good to be true...

Counterfeit crap. Bought an Endura and Poc top and they were both shite. Refunded for both and reported to the manufacturers.

It's notorious for counterfeit rubbish. Not just bike stuff.

Look at the tech stuff also. Graphics cards for pc's etc etc.

There are loads of videos where people buy stuff to see if it really is genuine. Always seems to be fake junk.

The unsubscribe button doesn't/didn't seem to do anything on the emails either.

Internet version of that dodgy market stall you bought cheap Levi's from in the early 90s.

The stuff is the sort of cheap tat you would expect at the price you actually end up paying. Potentially useful if you want a titanium spork, a key ring etc. I won’t even consider buying safety critical stuff like caribeners, life jackets etc there. I do have a small rucksack that seems to be OK.

Watch out for the spec. Often the main picture is not quite what you are buying!

Watch out for delivery price - only £1 +15 delivery... isn’t such a bargain.

Watch out for different sizes or colours suddenly putting up the price.

And obviously any branded stuff is fake.

There's some right crap on Wish, they always have fishing reels that are supposed to be £600 with some name I've never heard of, selling for £45 or something. Or Binocs & telescopic sights at similar prices.
Bike bits off there? No ta.

I've bought various bits off there. It's basically Aliexpress with a smartphone app and easier payment.

Anything with a well known Brand will be fake. The one thing I have managed to buy off there that was useful was smartphone cables. The 'mcdodo' USB-lightning cables get advertised on Facebook at about £15 and you can get them on Wish for about £3. Genuinely seem really well made cables but you can pick them up for the same money on eBay now anyway.
