Mrs G's birthday is on Friday and she suggested she would like a pair of decent headphones. Nice to have plenty of time to sort this out.
Comfort is the most important, sound needs to be decent, definitely around ear, wireless and preferably noise cancelling. Need to be wireless as our youngest likes to chew headphone cables.
Budget undecided, but not stupid. We don't normally do big gifts but just want to treat her to something nice that she wants and will actually use.
As she cannot move around the house very easily, the majority of the time she stays in bed in the front room watching/listening to her tablet. This is unfortunate but where we are at currently (will update previous thread).
So, what recommendations have you got for me please.

For comfort, id be looking at bose, they use a silicone sort of hook thing, it looks odd, but is totally unnoticeable in use.
they also sound good.
they are a bit pricey aye, but i haven’t used anything else since i got mine.
bose soundsport wireless.
ymmv.
Not cheap (we got them half price via Amazon treasure truck) but they're amazing headphones . We bought them mainly for my youngest who has a few sensory issues , but we keep finding them in his older brothers bedroom.
Thanks so far for the suggestions. Will check them out.
After a lot of looking around I found these and they're excellent (they also won best in test from What Hifi last year):
