Is Ashton just a complete ****? So in the middle of that melee, he just comes in a tries a cheap shot at Etzebeth. Cowardly bloody shot that no one commented in as they were all focused on the big Bok.

So many silly errors. Does anyone remember TCUP?

Aynd now let's just kick the game away. What bllx.

Etzebeth didn't start that, penalty should have been awarded to the Boks.

Kicking a penalty goal with 1min 15 left and 4 points down?
It's not last week, but he seems to think it is.

Sad over-reaction to last week. Boks were not great and could/should have been taken today. Oh well, sit back and watch the best in the world next!!!!

Complete. Utter. Madness.

So last week they lost because they didn't take their kicks at goal. This week they lost because they did (OK they'd probably still have lost if they'd kicked for the corner, but at least they'd have had a chance).

Clearly Robshaw has completely misinterpreted the commentary on last week, and taken it to mean that all penalties should be taken as kicks at goal, rather than that the correct decision should be taken on all penalties.

Greenwood on sky suggesting 2.5 minutes left on the clock, and no way they would drive a sa pack over. Swear Woodward was trying not to laugh.

The inevitable citing and ban will be a small recompense. Should be playing against 14.

JD is correct this time. Fourth official should intervene in the cases of gratuitous foul play. Time for rule change.

Not sure, THM. If that were to be brought in, then I'd say only be for cases of violent and/or dangerous foul play. Not for stuff like offside etc. Certainly rather galling that the player remains on, and the game continues 15v15, but it wasn't seen by the officials on the pitch, so can't be penalised on the pitch.

Yes if any home nation does I think Wales do. They have the size in the back line and a good open side. Trouble is they haven't been playing well in those key areas but if they return to form then maybe....

Exactly CFH, just for violent and dangerous play. I don't mind refs being blind to law infringements and can live with that.....normally sorts itself out over time. But cheap violence has no part. Hooker should be off, simple.

Another VERY poor call there. Warbs was on his feet, not the tackler.

No chance for Wales sadly. Not when all conspires against us!

What annoys me is that I love the way they play rugby! I really do not love their nasty, dark side. Which is all to often shown. That takes away from the brilliance of their play, IMO

Yep, much improved from Wales in the second half. Poor decisions and basic errors in the first.

I hope New Zealand are proud of Hoare. Nasty little shit.

At times the ABs look quite vulnerable when a team is attacking them in the forwards down the middle. Scotland really did that well a few weeks ago and Wales really put a lot of pressure there too. Should have got 1 more in the second half.

still so sure of the lions line up????.............when the AB can get away with committing only 1 man at the breakdown you know you are in trouble. Welsh wings and big centres null and void today............and another thing if they're playing in 95% humidity with the roof shut why don't they just play with it open??

I actually wish I followed the English rugby team. Up to Aberdeen and unable to even drink copiously afterwards because I had my kids with me.That was the worst ever performance I have even seen from my country, and bringing on Bath's 2xv number 10 when we were struggling already? Please sack Robinson now,I have played in better organised and coached club sides.

Just watched the wales game. Liam Williams is a nasty horrible little shit but I thought he stepped up well, as did shingler and Scott Andrews exceeded my expectations by a huge amount. Joubert is still a **** though.

Would love to have heard from TJ on this.
He was right all along.

loum TJ sends me stuff he wants to post but haven't heard anything for a while. So Growler has gone never rated him and glad to see the back of him. Who now for Scotland, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

Robbo's gone! Lucky for Scotland.

The RFU need to get rid of SL and his coaching goons (except Rowntree), bring back SCW and then Robbo as forwards' coach.

That'll be a start.

Duckie, we will give you Deccie for a bottle of Irn Bru and a haggis supper.

Although Ire got a good win on paper yesterday I still don't think the young players are being brought on fast enough, what was the point of bringing ROG on for 10 mins at the end. Young Jackson should have been given a run.

All Blacks should have been down to 14. No excuse for what Hoare did. I wonder will Donnacha Ryan send Bradley a get well soon card?

England found wanting again at 9-10-12. We'll not be a threat until we replace these shirt fillers. Do we have the two most unimaginative 10s in international rugby? Having said that I thought priestland was rubbish yesterday.
T youngs was also poor. Liam Williams was a proper PITA. I like him. Dreadful stuff by Hoare. Why no retribution? I was hoping to see him bleed.
No surprise about Robinson. Third tier rugby is calling him.

Don't agree with the hatchet out for SL. They came within 2 pints of a win, played with intensity and an obvious difference from the week before. Yes individual performances can be criticised by they lost by the worlds unluckiest try.

Better performance than last week, but a loss is a loss.

Wales were dire but the AB's went to sleep and should gave won by more and flattered Wales performance.

Yes, SL is not long in the job, please don't let coaches become like football managers were unless results turn round instantly they are sacked.

It takes time to develop. Who saw the program on LOL the other night where they said in a brave move by the RFU they gave Woodward another term and look what he developed.

They are a few decisions / breaks of the ball away from beating two southern hem sides, one of which is rated 2 in the world. The looked better against the boks, who didn't look like scoring either.

Give him a four year cycle and see where we are then. Look at Flower and the cricket team, he is reaping the rewards of a fairly steady upward curve for a number of years. It takes time to build, he needs more than a season or two.

have only seen the highlights but would say it easy to blame the halfbacks when they dont get good ball going forward. Farrel isnt much cop and Barrit is just a defender. Go forward ball and a decent 12 might make the half backs look better. Is it me or does Tuilagi look a bit heavy?

Wales weren't dire but they weren't great either, mind you difficult to be when you play probably the best side ever.
