I'm helping a friend out with a PC problem.
He has shortcuts to the different drive letters on the desktop.
When you double click them, up pops the what programme do you want to open this with dialogue - very odd.
I've recreated the shortcuts and get the same thing. I'm running a malware scan at the moment, but are there any settings which could have been 'tweaked' to cause this.
and yes I have told him to get a mac.
