I have been using WSUS offline to install Windows 7 updates, but can anyone point me in the direction of downloading a package of Windows 7 and all current updates.
At the moment I install W7 then install the updates, but this is very time consuming....
As you obviously have a valid license you will find on a certain Buccaneer Cove website (and probably others) people regularly do rolled up windows installers with all updates at the point they did the disk.
You used to be able to create slipstream installations for OS's.
Roll your own. It's what I did with my W10 installer.
Speaking of which,

Don't get updates from anywhere other than Microsoft, anything from a dodgy source will be full of malware
And as cougar says, get W10 unless you really need 7 (can't see why tho)
Yep the big upgrade was free to w10
There's the Convenience Rollup too, of course. You can be fully patched in three moves.
Install the service stack update, the convenience rollup, then the latest cumulative patch (which will be Jan 2018 unless you wait till Tuesday for February's).

Better yet, slipstream those into the WIM with NTLite as above, create installation media and you're golden.
