My laptop keeps coming up with a bluescrecreen and the following error:

Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 2057

I know blue screen is not good but don't know what to do.
Any help would be most appreciated.

I have an imac as a desktop but need windows for autocad (I know you can run windows on mac but laptop cost £399 new and works quite well normally)

Is this a new build or an existing system ?

If new build, and it runs without BSOD under safe mode then its probably an incompatible driver / hardware.

If an existing system Id be starting with any recent updates / software instals etc, best work around to run a system restore to a point in time prior to the problems.

Then change auto updates to manual, and one at a time instal updates.
