am fed up with windoze media player (it doesn't list my music right after i deleted the library and added the music again).
how do i get winamp to sync with my 360 console soo i can also play my flac files too?

AIUI, essentially you need something which pretends to be WMP and can transcode on the fly. I used to use TVersity forever ago, but I've not used the 360 as a media header in a very long while.
