Upgrading my Sony Vaio SB to win 10 evidently means that support for necessary Sony apps has vanished.
I'm unfortunately missing:
keyboard screen brightness control
Switchable speed/stamina control for intel HD3000 > AMD Radeon Mobile gpu
Vaio battery care with charge limitation to 80% and secondary battery management.
Fan speed control
Probably other things too, but these are the annoyances at present.
Any ideas for workarounds for someone whos not working with computers for a living?
I've tried installing win7 drivers/packages but doesnt seem to work.
Probably not helpful, but this is why I boycotted Vaios way back in XP days or earlier. Sony make great hardware but they were always shite for driver support. You'll be better off looking at Intel / AMD sites than Sony.
