My Dad simply wants to adjust his will so that my sister is added as an executor. (My brother and I are already named on the will as such).
How much would you expect to pay?

And does it actually help to have all his children named as executors?
I only suggested adding my sister as I wanted her as part of the decision
process when the time comes and so not leave me alone to argue it all out with my brother.

Nothing if you were a client of mine, but no more than £30.00 or so.

Hmmm, that's about the amount I was expecting but his solicitor wants £167!

It's a very simple will Nipper99. Think I might accompany him to his appointment!

Thanks very much for your help!

OP I think you can just add the name into the executor section yourself. Sign / witness and you are done. You don't need the solicitor at all IMO. @Nipper is the man in the know obviously.
