I'm in the process of planning a stag do, and one option we like is to do some camping, and maybe mess around trying to build a 'casino' (ie bodge some bits of tree together to form some kind of shelter in which we can play cards).
Obviously, I could probably just find a wood a fair way from anywhere and it'd probably be ok, but given the risk, I'd rather pay someone some cash and avoid the risk of being booted out. We'll be a moderate size (~10) group of lads, drinking a bit (probably not getting too messy) so I don't think a 'family' campsite is the way to go, I'd really prefer just a patch of woods in the middle of no-where.
Does anyone have any suggestions of a campsite (or just some woods I could rent) that might work? preferably within a ~4 hour drive from Brighton
Hole Station in Beaworthy, Devon sounds like it would fit the bill.
Ahh looks like it'd be perfect except it says no stag groups.
Any suggestions from anyone else?

Was pretty great for the same purpose.
