Everyone likes a returns problem 😆

Mine is im about to take a package to tesco for wiggles drop and return thingy. Did everything for the return on the computer, and printed out the returns label.

.

Only thing that has me concerned is in their terms and conditions for returns, it say - Put the returns form in the box.

Theres the rub, there is no returns form, in that i wasnt given an option to print one off, just the return label to tape on over the original address to me label

I think, im hoping because of the process that an actual returns form isnt needed, and somewhere in the little actual info about it it states the returns form is part of their "Standard Return" and im thinking that because I followed the online returns instruction, which is just a series of click this - next-click that-next then finally to print, that that is all I really need to do and the reason for the return is recorded when i filled out the reason for the return on wiggles website.

.

So im thinking its all ok, but i just dont like it when it asks for something i dont have, which just basically makes me worry.

So has anyone been through this online form and label printing thing can confirm that I've done it all online and no physical returns form is needed really.

Ta 🙂

I hate it when things aren't 100% clear.

the label should have an orderID tracking reference wiggle can use, i tend to write my order number and email address on a slip of paper, or print of the order page, and stick that inside

When I did my last return, I got instructions from customer services to:

Before sealing the box, pop a note inside with the following info:

Full name
Order reference
Item(s) being returned
Reason for return

Which I did.. and the return worked. I didn't have any proper form or anything and not sure if it would have gone through without - based on the information on the shipping label.

Exactly what I have done last few times. No issues...

For any retailer I usually print off the order confirmation, circle the return item and write REFUND so there can be no misunderstanding.

Same here, put the order confirmation inside the box - just help's the staff process the return. We returned a wetsuit recently, all was fine.

Normally with Wiggle once the returns page changes into the download postage label page an additional box appears with “returns form” on it and that opens a separate PDF with the label to go inside the box. Pretty sure you can access it  again later …

if not though as above , put all your details and the order number on a sheet and stick it inside (ooh err!)
