What has happened to wiggle. It appears to have dumbed itself down.
Checkout the CRC thread for the answers!
Both are utter shite now. CRC used have great filters now it's shit!
Filters will be fixed over the wkd Inc in stock items etc
I ordered some some shoes at about midday yesterday, they were dropped off at 1330 this afternoon.
So they haven’t completely ruined everything 😃

Probably no other orders to fulfill
It is dreadful. Couldn’t care less about the branding - just the filters being dumbed down and not being able to go easily back to your search items once you’ve clicked on something
The loss of a Wishlist is not great as I used that to store things I was thinking of buying.
Wiggle doesn't seem to have a mobile friendly site which pretty much rules it out for me as I only ever browse on a phone.
I still don't understand the business reasons for having two near identical brands in Wiggle/CRC - when seemingly they sell the same stuff, dispatched from the same warehouse for the same prices?
Are they trying to drive all their business to other sites? I tried to find a chain ring on CRC and all I get back is out of stock. Launching the new site without the filters of the old one is insane business logic. Anyway, I did find out that Superstar Components have 50% off spend over £100, so I went there.
(sorry I can't find the CRC thread - can someone link to it please?)
They've also started doing that Amazon thing of showing very unrelated results in searches. If I'm looking for a 26" tyre showing me a 12 speed cassette isn't going help anyone. The future is crap.

Hence the Wiggle rebrand I think. CRC stays as a being aimed at more serious cyclists whilst Wiggle becomes a more inclusive, ‘outdoor sports for all’ place for new and leisurely riders and runners.
Same stock, just marketed to different customers.
Still fixing the roll out of the new site. Never good for the end users but also not great for them. Especially when you have threads like this popping up berating it all by people who probably aren't aware of the whole picture.
(Which is perfectly reasonable from us end users)
Well yeah. As said on the other thread they could have full functionality on rollout if they'd paid for it. I wonder how much they're really going to save.
Could have, but the rollout would be another several months away and much more cost.
From my brief search, there's nothing to choose between Wiggle or CRC.

https://www.wiggle.com/p/kenda-small-block-eight-tyre?color=black&wheelSizeWidth=29%22+%7C+1.9+-+2.35%22
I'm guessing this the 2.1" folding version, so why don't either of them say so in the description?
I've asked the question on Wiggle and got the "It may take up to two days to answer your question" reply.
Should I just take a chance for £34 and hope it's the one I want?

Vs the cost of losing customers?

Ordering from CR is always like that. Can't trust the descriptions. It's like pass the parcel.
I love that the app is just the web app page in a shiny diff wrapper, I love that if you search and go into an item you cant go back to the search, I love that one of the search options doesnt actually work!
That being said, once I wasted what felt like an eternity looking for what I want, its been dispatched pretty quick and should arrive this evening.
This sort of search option isn't unusual for online stores, but it does surprise me from a long established specialist like Wiggle.
Imagine a hypothetical customer looking for a new tyre at https://www.wiggle.com/c/cycle/bike-parts/wheels-and-tyres/tyres
Hypothetical customer: I want a Kenda, between £30 - £50 with a three star rating, for a mountain bike and 2.25" wide
Diameter? Oh, I'm not fussy, just show me all of them.
