Right just got virgin today with the superhub, xbox connected fine first time, try to connect my ip5 no joy just says incorrect password?? The wife has a 4s both same ios and hers didnt work either till i tried again and it linked, but mine keeps saying wrong password?? Iv reste phone and router?? Please help ;/

I would put money on you having issues with capitals in the password so just persist and make sure you're entering the key correctly. If the 4S connects the 5 will too.

There were some iOS issues initially on the 5 with Wifi networks so make sure yours is up to date.

Also worth checking is it's your router it can see and not connecting to a neighbours.

Ive got all codes correct as the 4s and xbox are linked up fine, no capitals in password and its the right key for virgin?? Still ip5 also up to date ios wise??? Still no joy ; (

Incorrect password, but xbox and 4s are linked with the same password??

Look above, ive already connected to our wifi with my xbox n the wifes 4s, plus our neighbours either dont have wifi or have sky??

Try forgetting the network and entering the network name and code manually instead of picking it off the list of detected networks

I have too also done that ; / looked on all the forums and did what they said yo do first and still no joy im getting sick of this now!!!

Forget the network
Turn wifi off
Reset phone
Turn wi fi back on

Ive realised its the phone, went to virgin shop today and even they couldent link my phone to their wifi???? The lad behind the counter had a ip5 and his wouldent connect either???

If your Virgin router is similar to mine log in to its web interface and change the WPA 2 from whatever it is to WPA2 AES only. That sorted it for me.
