We've had a bosch freezer for about 6 years. In the last year or so, it's started freezing up under the very bottom drawer - not frosting - freezing. We get a big slab of ice about 5mm thick every month or so on the very bottom. It's very satisfying to remove as it comes out in one with a bit of leverage, but I'd rather it didn't happen.
The seal looks ok.
What could be causing it and how can we prevent my frozen bottom?

Usual suspects are air getting in past the seal or condensation hole blocked.Â

I had this. The seal was OK, but the door wasn't quite closing properly. It was almost imperceptible, the door seemed to close fine until you took a very close look. On mine there is some adjustment in the hinges, I tweaked them and all was well again.
It could also be very full up and the air can’t circulate. Take all the drawers out and check for an ice blockage in a plastic bit at the back.
