Why is it a can eat a good meal such as roast beef this afternoon. A big meal as well. And im hungry (or feel hungry) afterwards. Almost that feeling a bit feint from hunger?

Any ideas?

I did 20miles earlier. But seems it always the same. Had porridge this morning an hour before the ride, but hungry when I left

Because you've not had cheese and biscuits afterwards. So by my definition you've not technically had 'a meal'

I could/do eat pretty much constantly. I enjoy food too much to turn it down.

Are you thirsty?

Really, lots of people struggle to separate the two feelings.

You eat, you get full, you digest, your stomach shrinks, the shrinking feeling masquerades as feeling "hungry".

No need to eat more food.
