Another good year, all in the freezer having a fake frost. Any decent sloe jam recipes?

It's a bit early. We've got a good crop though.
Ours will be going in vodka.

A pigs tail here too (twirly) in the far north of yorkshire. Zillions of sloes though, for the right moment.

best tell that to the sloes, don't get caught out sleeping on an early crop.

Any decent sloe jam recipes?

Yep fill half the gin bottle with sloe's then the rest with gin and a tablespoon or 2 of sugar. Won't GAS about Jam after that 🙂

Possibly not, you can use the sloes after the gin making. I hear the jam is great with cheese.
