[Closed] Who on the forum works for the Prison Service?

Having been made redundant I'm looking at options for the future and seeing how I can use some of my other skills and experience in a new job.

I've seen an advert for a position with the Prison Service at a prison near me that would allow me to use my trainer and technical skills and would also enable me to gain more qualifications.

I remember someone on the forum is a PO and I was wondering how they got into the work, whether it was their first job or a career change and what their experiences have been like.
