in these days of IMDB it's not often an actor's name bugs you like it used to.. but who is that actor...? been around forever, so probably in his 50s. Pretty fat these days, has big thick square glasses. Plays in things like Shane Meadows films, I reckon he was in Grange Hill, (think I've just seen him playing Alec in Quadrophenia, but can't find a credit for it).
